Terms.
This Fruity Bouquets website is owned and operated by Unique Gifting UK Ltd. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. Fruity Bouquets may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.
Complaints & Refunds Policy
All complaints must be emailed to info@fruitybouquets.co.uk, with photographs to show the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Your order number will be required and the complaint must be logged by the person who placed the order.
Where a customer is unsatisfied with one of our products, a full investigation is undertaken. Once we have acknowledged we have received your complaint, we aim to respond with the outcome of our investigation within 5 working days.
If the quality of the product is deemed below acceptable, you will be offered a replacement or full refund.
If a complaint is regarding the delivery of the product via nationwide courier, this complaint will be forwarded to our delivery company.as they will then investigate the issue and come back to us with the outcome. If the complaint is accepted as the fault being due to the Courier Company, we will replace the item or offer a voucher code which will be valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase. We are not able to provide a refund for delayed or damaged items caused by the delivery company.
Any complaint for a delayed delivery or a delivery to an incorrect address and we have not been provided with the correct address details at the time of ordering, we cannot accept any responsibility for this. Orders that are delayed due to an incomplete or invalid address, will be sent out on our next available delivery date, once we have received the full and correct delivery address details. Please note that we will not compensate for any difference in shipping charge paid.
Due to the perishable nature of our items, we cannot accept any responsibility for any item that cannot be delivered or the delivery is delayed if… …the courier company are unable to gain access to the property …there is no answer at the property and there is no safe place to leave the parcel …the delivery is refused at the property …the delivery date is postponed whilst the parcel is in transit …the parcel is left at a safe place or with a neighbour and is not collected on the same day …we have been provided with incorrect address details at the time of ordering and the order has been delivered to that address …we have been provided with incomplete or invalid address details.
We source fresh produce and make all our items on the day of dispatch/collection. We use a specialist overnight fully tracked courier service to ensure the items reach their destination in the best possible condition. We guarantee the freshness of our items for the day of dispatch and the following day. Once the delivery has been made, we advise the items should be consumed on the same day. Whilst they may last longer, if removed from the packaging and placed in a sealed container in the fridge, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the items past this time and cannot be held liable for any items not consumed within the advised period.
Fruity Bouquets may amend its Complaints and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes to the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email and/or an announcement on the website.

Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Fruity Bouquets is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service. Fruity Bouquets reserves the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights. Containers used for our range of edible bouquet products may vary according to availability. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion and dealt with on a case by case basis. We operate a strict non refundable purchase policy once an order has been processed. A credit voucher may be issued as a goodwill gesture in the event of a cancellation but only at the absolute discretion of the company. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately
Trademarks. The site includes registered trademarks, and other trademarks that are otherwise protected by law. Except as expressly authorised, the use or misuse of any of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Included Trademarks and Registered Trademarks are Trademarks of their respective owners.

These prices are subject to variation without notice. Fruity Bouquets will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our products and services, descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.While Fruity Bouquets will abide by the applicable law in relation to the supply of its products, no exchange or refund will be accepted if you change your mind. At Fruity Bouquets , we believe our products and services are of the highest quality. We hope you agree after receiving one of our bouquets services. There is no money back guarantee. However, we care about our customers and will deal with each situation individually as they arise. We will be more than happy to replace any arrangement that has not met your quality expectations free of charge on the condition that we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Delivery & Collection Information. Our Fruity Bouquets are beautifully packaged and delivered to your home, office, party or event. A delivery fee may apply . Collections are available from selected branches as detailed on our branches page on the main website. Collection times vary from branch to branch and it is recommended you contact a branch prior to placing an order to ensure a collection slot is available for your desired date and time. Collection times can be confirmed by contacting our customer service team on 01656 669650
For next day deliveries, orders will need to be placed before 12 pm the day before delivery is required. Next day delivery is is strictly subject to availability. Fruity Bouquets aims to deliver all orders within 3 days of an order date unless otherwise specified. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. When you provide your home delivery information, please leave detailed instructions in the ‘special instructions’ section of the order form so that your bouquet can be delivered safely, especially if you will not be home. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no safe place to leave the bouquet when no-one is home, they will be returned to the relevant Fruity Bouquets branch and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a same day collection time. Re-delivery on the same day as the original delivery date may incur an additional fee. Re-delivery on a different date will not be available, a full re-purchase of the product will need to be made.To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter. Note: We do require a valid phone number on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should we have any questions or concerns regarding your order and/or delivery information. We will provide you with an estimated time for delivery of all Fruity Bouquets. However, whilst we make every effort to deliver by this time, all times specified are estimates only. Fruity Bouquets will attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 7pm. However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that early / late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Event Bookings - Terms & Conditions
General Terms
We shall make our best efforts to supply you with the goods requested, but we reserve the right to supply you with similar goods.All goods for hire remain the property of Fruity Bouquets.All goods for sale remain the property of Fruity Bouquets until the full payment has been made.Deliveries to third parties or unoccupied premises are made entirely at your own risk. Prices quoted are for one day hire only, apart from the day of delivery if made the night before and the collection day. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between Fruity Bouquets and the hirer.
Whilst Fruity Bouquets will en devour to undertake bookings based on original requirements made at the time of booking, Fruity Bouquets does reserve the right to replace products and services with alternative products and services if it is felt necessary and required to complete a booking, alternatives to an equal or higher value than the original products would be provided under these circumstances.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, however once a booking fee has been paid the price quoted will not change without the customers consent. Any quotation given may change up until the booking fee is paid to secure the booking. Official quotations are valid for 14 days . We accept no responsibility for price changes following initial quotations and subsequent bookings being confirmed out side of the 14 day window.
Once an initial booking fee has been received, the customer automatically enters into an agreement with Fruity Bouquets and subsequently agrees to adhere to all terms listed . A cooling off period of 28 days is applied from the date initial payments are received.
Payments
To secure a booking for an event date a non refundable booking fee is required to secure the date and service, this is usually a minimum of £100 per product / service. Deposit amounts required are detailed clearly on the quotation invoices and must be paid by the requested date to secure a booking. The minimum amount required per product/service detailed above is required in full unless otherwise amended and authorized by a company representative.
The Deposit / Booking fee is used to finance work carried out prior to event date such as communication hours, administration expenses incurred in creating the quote and associated staffing hours to process the booking plus a portion being credited to attendance at advertising events such as wedding fayres and general running costs. A full breakdown of associated costs and how they are incurred within a life of a booking is available upon request.
Balance payments are requested 6 weeks prior to the event date and are required no later than 4 weeks prior to an event date . Additional payments can be made towards a booking at any time and are bound by our standard payment terms and act as an additional booking fee. All payments are non refundable and non transferable. All booking dates are non transferable. All deposit payments are governed by our standard refunds & returns policy.
All further payments during the life of a booking are governed by our standard payment and returns policy.
Event Bookings - Delivery
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that Fruity Bouquets has received full detailed information regarding the delivery times and set up requirements, and the client is to ensure that the event venue is fully knowledgeable and complicit regarding the set up requirements. Fruity Bouquets will arrive and set up products / services as per the agreed timings. If tables or other equipment is required, the customer should ensure the venue is aware, and all items are ready prior to the agreed timings. If the events team arrive and are unable to set up the ordered items within the allocated delivery and set up window due to lack of venue cooperation the team will have to leave the items for the venue to arrange, and accepts no responsibility. It is strictly the customers responsibility to ensure the venue will comply to arrangements requested.
Event Bookings - Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that a cancellation occurs, Fruity Bouquets will be obliged to act to recover losses that can not be recovered reasonably. All cancellation notifications must be received in writing , and the date communication is received will be the official cancellation date. The cancellation charges are as follows :-
Cancellations made prior to 32 weeks before the event date will not incur an additional cancellation charge, however as per our payment terms, any booking fees / deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable. Fruity Bouquets Standard cancellation charges are :-.
Within and up to 32 weeks before event date - 10 % of total invoice
Within and up to 16 weeks before event date - 20% of total invoice
Within and up to 12 weeks before event date - 50% of total invoice
Within and up to 8 weeks before event date - 80% of total invoice
Within and up to 6 weeks before event date - 100% of total invoice
If we as a company have to cancel a booking we will do so in writing or by e-mail, returning any deposits via our standard returns policy , only if we are unable to transfer your booking to another date or reputable company who can provide the original or similar services. When circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, venue policy changes or an act of god occurs, a full refund will not be given , as long as we have undertaken all actions necessary and within our control to accommodate the booking requirements.
Event Booking - Loss / Damage
The Customer is responsible for any loss of damage to the goods, from the time of delivery until they are collected by an employee or representative of Fruity Bouquets or until they are delivered back to ourselves and handed to an employee of Fruity Bouquets.
Shortages or damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value and no substitute item will be accepted by Fruity Bouquets. A Full pricing list containing all damage / loss charges for all products is available upon request. Loss or Damage charge payments are required to be paid in full no later than 5 days of the invoice issue date. Unpaid invoices issued will be passed to a collections agency who will act on behalf of Fruity Bouquets and further charges may be incurred.Fruity Bouquets reserves the right to also charge the hirer loss of revenue or profit on the lost hire of any damaged goods until replaced or full Loss/Damage charge has been received.
Viruses. Fruity Bouquets cannot guarantee that any file or programme available for download and/or execution from or via this site is free from viruses or other conditions, which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this site, and you release Fruity Bouquets entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.
Third Party Sites. This site may contain links to third party sites. Fruity Bouquets is not responsible for the condition or content of those sites as they are not under Fruity Bouquets control. You access those sites and/or use the site’s products and services solely at your own risk.
